About Me
Ana Luiza is passionate about bringing stories to life. She wrote her first screenplay in 2007, decided to work in visual effects in 2009, and did her first comp in 2013.
She started studying compositing on her own in 2013 and soon invested in Nuke, which helped her get a spot in the competitive internship at Conspiração Filmes. In 2017 she won her first prize in visual effects.
Interested in new challenges and learning new techniques, she enrolled at the Lost Boys | School of Visual Effects. She moved to Vancouver three months after her college graduation to participate in the advanced compositing in visual effects course.
She has already been part of the visual effects team of several movies and national and international series. She continuously collaborates as a team, works well under pressure and solves problems.
With the pandemic, Ana Luiza focused on studying to improve her skills. Focusing on courses, personal projects, and working on short films pro bono.
In addition to working with compositing, she also studies photography, likes to draw, and continues to invest in courses.
In 2021 she returned to writing, has already published three short stories, has five more short stories to be published in the first half of 2022, and is already planning her first book. Click here to learn about these stories.
